Experience of having led support teams, L1, L2 and L3. Strong communication skills. Insurance domain experience. Stakeholder management experience. Data driven and ability to communicate priorities and improvements through metrics. Focus on continuous improvement. Conflict resolution skills. Keen interest in keeping abreast with industry trends.
