Job Description Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

Position : Full Stack Developer

Location : (Add Location / Remote option)

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience Level : (e.g., 3 7 years)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and React . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust, and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture .
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and interactive front-end applications using React .
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Work with CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployment and testing.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced) .
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture .
  • Solid front-end development skills with React.js .
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
  • Experience with relational and / or NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

    • Good-to-Have (Optional) Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.).

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .
  • (3 7 years) of proven experience in full-stack development.
