The HR Admin Assistant / Trainee will assist with various administrative tasks within the HR department to facilitate smooth operations and support the overall HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
- File and organize HR documents, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
