We founded Sakar Robotics to collapse fragmented point solutions into a single extensible mobile manipulation platform. Traditional automation requires bespoke integration per workflow—slow to deploy, rigid to evolve. Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery while enabling engineering teams through structured agile processes. This role ensures project clarity, efficient sprint execution, and seamless communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project schedules, sprint boards, backlogs, and progress trackers.
• Coordinate proactively with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, QA, and Field teams.
• Ensure clarity of requirements, sprint goals, priorities, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, blockers, and gaps; drive quick resolutions across teams.
• Monitor sprint velocity, project health metrics, and resource allocation.
• Track progress against milestones and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain all project documentation including plans, reports, checklists, and post-sprint learnings.
• Enable continuous improvement through feedback loops, retros insights, and process refinements.
• Support onsite deployment coordination and client interactions as needed.
• Encourage accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
