S / He needs to lead a team of software developers in end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Job Profile
- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and customize ERPNext modules across Finance, Sales, HR, Projects, and Operations.
- Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, scripts, and workflows using Python & JavaScript within the Frappe framework.
- Implement Indian statutory payroll (TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Form 16, etc.) and automate employee lifecycle processes.
- Integrate ERPNext with external systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, and accounting tools using REST APIs.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ensure ERPNext best practices are followed.
- Conduct user training, create technical documentation, and support long-term ERP adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during development and post-implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to continuously enhance ERP functionalities.
Candidate Profile
Should have experience in ERPNext development & implementation across multiple business functions.Strong expertise in the Frappe Framework, Doctype customization, client / server scripting & reporting tools.Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and database management (MariaDB / MySQL).Skilled in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Jinja templating.Hands-on experience in Indian payroll statutory compliance.Good business process knowledge in Accounting, HR, Sales, and Project Management.Familiar with Git version control, deployment automation, and cloud / on-premise environments.Experience in ERPNext website and portal development.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
