We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support L1 to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical support to our users, ensuring their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and ensure network security protocols are followed.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff for complex issues and escalate as necessary.
- Conduct user training sessions on software and hardware usage.
Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in IT support or related field.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are preferred.Skills Required
