Job Title : Senior / Lead Systems Programmer – Windows Infrastructure

Location : Remote

Experience : 8 – 15 years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Required Skills & Experience

8–15 years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Programming or Administration.

Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks .

Deep understanding of Windows Server architecture, configuration, and administration (2012 / 2016 / 2019).

Strong experience with SQL Server and DB2 database environments.

Excellent understanding of infrastructure compliance , security hardening , and audit processes .

Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to .NET technologies for system automation or integration.

Familiarity with CI / CD , DevOps concepts , and infrastructure automation tools .

Experience with monitoring and performance tools such as SCOM , Splunk , or Nagios .
