Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Rajkot. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating business opportunities through networking, outbound calling, and leveraging various online platforms. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving set revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
