Responsibilities

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Bangalore (5 days WHO)

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ecommerce platforms, retail operations, and customer engagement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support solution design.
• Work closely with UX / UI designers, developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and retail.
