Our creators sell courses, communities, and digital products — and we’re looking for a paid media hitman (or hitwoman) who knows how to make complete strangers click, convert, and cough up cash.

Target cold people who’ve never heard of us.

Make them click.

Make them buy.

You Should Know Things Like :

Meta Ads Manager (not just the Boost button, please god)

Funnel basics (you know what a warm vs cold vs cooked lead is)

ROAS math — and how to improve it

Landing pages, A / B testing, UTM tracking, conversion events

What to do when your CPC is acting like it owns the company

How to fix broken ads without blaming the platform gods

You Might Be Our Dream Ad Machine If You’ve Ever Said :

“I don’t care if the click rate is cute — did it sell or not?”

“That creative’s dying, let me test 3 more tonight.”

“Cold traffic is my playground, bro.”

“I’ll get you ₹50 cost per course signup. Watch me.”

Bonus Points (Not Mandatory, But We’ll Swoon) :

• 2–3 years of experience in paid customer acquisition.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (focused on conversions / sales).
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads (focused on conversions / sales).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar builders for setting up / validating Meta Pixel and Google conversion tracking.
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
• A growth mindset — ready to unlearn, relearn, and break things (responsibly) when needed.

You’ve run creator campaigns, sold digital products, or info courses

You can write ad copy that makes people stop scrolling in the middle of a breakup

You’ve managed >

₹1L / day ad spend and still slept well at night

You enjoy chaos, memes, and numbers that make other marketers cry

You think “brand awareness” is a goal.

You haven’t run a single campaign that made someone buy something.
