Cod King is a Shopify technology company focused on building smart solutions for eCommerce brands. Our apps help online stores improve Cash on Delivery (COD) verification, reduce fraud and returns, and boost prepaid conversions through automation, analytics, and seamless customer communication.

We combine deep Shopify expertise with data-driven insights to deliver reliable, conversion-focused tools that empower merchants to scale confidently.

Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support (Technical) professional to join our team full-time.

The role involves assisting customers with product usage, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for our Shopify app users.

You’ll work closely with our technical and product teams to resolve queries, document solutions, and contribute to product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide responsive and professional customer support via email or chat

Troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript integrations

Guide users on app setup, configuration, and best practices

Document common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency

Collaborate with development and QA teams for bug reporting and feature feedback

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication

Qualifications

Required :

2+ years of experience in customer or technical support

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Familiarity with helpdesk tools and CRM systems

Preferred :

Experience with Shopify or SaaS products

Basic understanding of APIs and integrations

Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
