[3 Days Left] Junior Architect

A Junior Architect works under the supervision of senior architects or project leads and supports the design and execution of architectural projects. They are typically involved in the planning, drafting, modelling, and coordination phases.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design Support

2. Assist in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs

3. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and other design drawings

4. Support in preparing presentations and mood boards for clients or stakeholders

5. Drafting & Documentation

6. Create and revise technical drawings using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD)

7. Help prepare construction documents, including layouts, detailing, and schedules

8. Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations

9. 3D Modelling & Visualization

10. Develop 3D models using tools like SketchUp,D5 render

11. Produce rendered visuals and walkthroughs for client presentations

12. Project Coordination

13. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained

14. Attend site visits or meetings and record minutes or observations

15. Assist in preparing project reports and documentation

16. Learning & Development

17. Stay updated on architectural trends, software tools, and construction technologies

18. Learn from senior architects and apply feedback to improve technical and design skills

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
