Senior Product Designer – Apps & Platforms

Location : Bangalore

Type : Full-Time Contract (6 months, with possibility of extension)

Experience Required : 4–6 years in B2B product design

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer – Apps & Platforms to design intuitive, scalable, and high-performing experiences for enterprise web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on creating tools and workflows that help business users operate more efficiently, with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and consistency across applications.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate complex business processes into streamlined, user-friendly solutions. From initial research to high-fidelity execution, you will play a central role in shaping product experiences that drive productivity and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise web and mobile platforms with a focus on usability and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate solutions for complex systems.
• Conduct usability testing with business users to identify pain points and refine designs.
• Work within and contribute to a design system that ensures consistency across multiple applications.
• Adapt design patterns for different devices and use cases while maintaining platform coherence.
• Partner with engineers during implementation to ensure design quality and functionality are maintained.
