The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-first global pricing systems , driving how we price products, offers, and experiences across online and offline channels. You’ll build and scale data products that manage millions of transactions and optimize margins, conversion, and affordability — while ensuring fairness and customer delight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the pricing product roadmap — from strategy to execution — across markets and business models (online, retail, subscription, and wholesale).
- Leverage AI and machine learning models to dynamically price products, optimize promotions, and predict demand across geographies.
- Build scalable pricing infrastructure integrated with catalog, inventory, and transaction systems — ensuring accuracy and resilience across millions of daily transactions.
- Partner with data science, finance, and commercial teams to align pricing models with business strategy, customer behavior, and profitability targets.
- Instrument analytics and feedback loops to continuously improve margin realization, conversion rates, and price perception.
- Ensure compliance and localization for multi-country pricing systems — taxes, exchange rates, and market regulations.
- Drive experimentation frameworks (A / B, multi-variate testing) to measure impact and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate across brands and functions to deliver a unified, intelligent pricing experience for our global customer base.
What You’ll Bring
5–8 years of product management experience , with significant time in pricing systems, data platforms, or fintech / commerce infrastructure .Deep comfort working with AI, ML, or large-scale data systems — hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools preferred.Proven track record of shipping high-impact internal tools or platforms used by finance, growth, or product teams.Strong analytical and quantitative skills — capable of turning complex data into clear pricing actions.Experience working in multi-brand, multi-country environments with diverse business models.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.Why Lenskart Group
