We’re looking for a Regulatory Reporting Leader to oversee end-to-end regulatory submissions, manage audits, ensure compliance accuracy, and drive automation for regulatory processes. This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in high-stakes environments and has a sharp understanding of RBI regulations, system data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

✨ Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end monitoring of all regulatory reporting requirements ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Handle RBI inspections, statutory audits, and internal audits for regulatory and disclosure compliance.

Review and implement data health checks, system validations, and mitigation measures for reporting accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, Business, Legal) to streamline reporting processes.

Drive automation projects for regulatory data flows and ensure governance alignment.

Oversee and update approach notes, control charts, and data ownership frameworks for compliance readiness.

Present data insights and actionable findings to senior management for resolution and compliance improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting / Financial Reporting / Statutory Audit within Banking or NBFCs.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong domain expertise.
• Proficient in MS Excel, financial data analytics, and automation-driven reporting.
• Deep understanding of RBI regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
