Job description
- Work on End-to-End IT Recruitment (Domestic).
- Understand job descriptions and requirements for IT skills and roles shared by the clients.
- Source senior and middle level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses.
- Utilize various job portals and other professional and social media to source suitable candidates.
- Implement various techniques like mass mailing, reference, job postings, etc and any new / innovative techniques in the market.
- Update and maintain various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
- Hands-on experience to co-ordinate interviews on various platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom, etc).
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
- Proactive and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Create and maintain database of candidates.
Required Experience :
5 - 8 years Required Skills :
Should have experience & Knowledge about recruitment process.Proven work experience in recruitment - preferably as a Technical Recruiter.Should have worked on niche hiring.Excellent communication skills.Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.Strong negotiation and conversation control skills.Should have the ability to multitask.Should be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
