We’re expanding our team and hiring Junior Accountants (Freshers) and Senior Accountants (Experienced) to work on US client portfolios using QuickBooks Online & Desktop.

Junior Accountant (Fresher)

Responsibilities :

Perform monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations (bank & credit cards).

Finalize monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.

Assist in financial statement preparation and month-end closings.

Support accounts payable / receivable and tax filing processes.

Qualifications :

B.Com / M.Com / Part CA or related degree.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Familiarity with Excel & accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Senior Accountant (Experienced)

Responsibilities :

Manage financial reporting and month / year-end closing for clients.

Prepare US tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Lead junior accountants and review their work.

Advise clients on accounting best practices and compliance.

Qualifications :

3+ years of accounting experience (CA firm or corporate accounts department).

M.Com / CA / CPA (preferred but not required).

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and related software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
