Marketing Communications Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Specialist to elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and help us grow through compelling content, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies.

2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on brand campaigns.

3. Create engaging press releases, newsletters, brochures, and case studies.

4. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.

5. Oversee brand consistency across channels and materials.

6. Plan and manage event marketing and public relations initiatives.

What we are looking for -

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

2. 2–5 years of experience in a MarCom or similar role.

3. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.

5. Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital trends.

6. Creative thinker with excellent project management skills.

7. Ability to adapt quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have -

1. Experience with brand storytelling or content marketing.

2. Familiarity with B2B or industry-specific marketing (e.g., tech, healthcare, education).

3. Knowledge of CRM tools and automation platforms.
