Job descriptionLocal Transport : Manage and schedule all local transport (first and last mile delivery), Daily Transporter Follow-up : Proactively follow up with all transporters on a daily basis Material Delivery : Take ownership of the process to get the material to the factory once Customs House Agent (CHA) Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for Tax and Billing Compliance : Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Indian Invoice Management : Collect, verify, and process all logistics-related invoices, including MIS : Record-keeping, filing monthly utilization returns on the ICEGATE portal, internal Inventory Coordination : Coordinate with the warehouse team on expected inbound Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements in the Team working : Work closely with purchase, planning and accounts team for smooth
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound and Outbound Logistics Execution
- Freight Forwarding : Coordinate and select optimal freight forwarders for international
shipments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and delivery reliability for imports.
including full truckloads (FTL) and less-than-truckloads (LTL), to ensure timely pickup
and delivery to the factory or customer.
to track shipment status, resolve in-transit issues, and provide accurate arrival estimates.

2. Documentation and Compliance
