Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Hardware Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in electronic circuit design, schematic development, and board-level hardware validation. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of embedded systems and electronic products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits based on product requirements.
  • Create schematic diagrams and work closely with PCB layout engineers for board design.
  • Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation of new designs.
  • Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.
  • Conduct design reviews, component selection, and BOM optimization.
  • Support EMI / EMC compliance testing and reliability validation.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including design specifications, test reports, and revision histories.
  • Provide support for prototype assembly and production testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience : 2–3 years of experience in hardware design and development.
  • Proficiency with schematic design tools (Preferably OrCAD ).
  • Experience with microcontrollers, power supply design, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, USB, Ethernet).
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, power analyzer).
  • Familiarity with PCB layout principles, signal integrity, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Good understanding of embedded system architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice, or similar).
  • Understanding of RF design or high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR).
