Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive – (Tele-Sales) Department : E-Channel – Voice Process (Tele-Sales) Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience : Fresher to 3 Years Salary Range : ₹2.00 LPA – ₹2.80 LPA Incentives : Up to ₹25,000 / month based on performance Qualification : Graduate (Full-time or Part-time) Job Overview : We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executives for our EChannel Tele-Sales team. This role involves voice-based outbound calling to promote and sell financial products to customers and generate quality leads. Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for product promotion and sales
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets of lead generation and conversions
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers
• Maintain proper call records and follow-up schedules
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction Shift Details :
• Work Mode : Work from the Office
• Shift Timings : o Male : Rotational shifts (24x7) o Female : Day rotational shifts only (till 8 : 30 PM) o Fixed Shift (E-Channel) : 9 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM
• Working Days : 5 days / week
• Week Off : 2 rotational weekly offs Requirements :
• Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi
