We at Ads Product are all about making Ads more meaningful & relevant to our users and helping drive marketing objectives for our partners / advertisers. Ads is one of the ways Truecaller monetises the APP, and thus hold a critical role in driving Truecaller revenues. Truecaller is one of the largest standalone publishers in India and emerging markets like Egypt, North Africa, etc.

Mission - The Ads team is responsible for monetising Truecaller's inventory through ads by offering targeted advertising solutions to our demand partners.

Responsible for - Driving revenue growth for Truecaller by building ad solutions and selling our ad offerings to our advertiser partners in India and outside. We work at a planetary scale, serving billions of ad impressions daily. Our APIs handle a massive load, with some reaching 300K requests per second. This is serious performance engineering!

The Truecaller app is on over 450 million devices globally, and our code needs to run flawlessly on all of them. We leverage the latest tech like Jetpack Compose and Kotlin to ensure efficiency and maintainability.

As a Senior Android Engineer, you'll design and develop the next generation of our high-performance Ads SDK. You'll write robust code that works seamlessly across 150+ device types and configurations. Collaborating with partners on their SDKs while leveraging our own multi-format ad technology. Additionally, you'll work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into reality.
