Job Description :

TrueID (www.trueid.in) is looking to hire a Se nior Java Developer – Spring Boot (Product Development) for a Full-time position at our Hyderabad Office. The candidate shall have approximately 5 – 7years of professional experience i with deep expertise in Spring Boot and a strong background in product development . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with event-driven architectures , fault-tolerant system design , Docker , and service orchestration using Netflix Conductor or Conductor OSS .

Work Mode : Onsite from TrueID office is mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement event-driven systems leveraging message brokers and asynchronous communication.
• Ensure high availability and resilience by building fault-tolerant services.
• Customize and manage orchestration flows using Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS .
• Containerize applications using Docker for local development and production deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in service orchestration.
