About this Role

This position is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a critical responsibility in our team. We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Governance (IAG) expert with advanced knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IGA processes, including recertification, joiner / mover / leaver, access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control. They will also configure connectors to onboard applications, develop comprehensive access policies, and design automated workflows.

• Implement and maintain IGA processes, including recertification, joiner / mover / leaver, access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control.
• Configure connectors to onboard applications, utilizing both out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF / ACF2 and custom options.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
• Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
