Responsibilities : Colour Strategy
- Contributing in working & execution of new Fandeck launch for 2026
- Revamp colour tools and enhance existing ones to differentiate in the market.
- Rollout shade tools as per the season requirement.
- Initiate new colour tools for the next season by utilizing colour psychology, market intelligence, and colourant data for effective colour analysis and palette enhancement.
- Implement colour strategies in JSW Paints Colour Services and consultancy.
Brand Development
Create engaging content for colour promotion on various platforms, focusing on lifestyle trends and colour basics.Suggest colour combinations as per the requirementSupport the Architects & Interior designers’ program with relevant colour tools and kits.Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in interior design, fine arts, colour science, or a related field. A master's degree or certification in colour theory is a plus.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the decorative paints or coatings industry.Experience in colour consulting preferably in Paints & Décor space.Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail and aesthetics.Strong background in developing colour tools and understanding colour psychology.Ability to identify market trends, analyse competition, and stay updated with industry best practices.Detail-oriented with a creative approach to design execution.Customer-focused approach with a passion for creating innovative and inspiring colour solutions.Proactive, flexible, and capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.Collaborate with painters and contractors for physical properties related to colour creation.
