Role Description

Role : B2B Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Competitive Salary

Location : Dehradun

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in industries such as edtech, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, and consumer brands.
  • Pitch Hypefermi's services (press release campaigns, influencer marketing, and ORM) to CXOs, founders, and marketing leaders.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM tools regularly.

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, PR, SaaS, or advertising agencies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing solutions such as influencer campaigns, PR, or ORM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently drive sales from prospecting to closing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
