What you’ll do

  • Own and scale paid marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest and more.
  • Drive revenue, ROAS, CAC, and new-user growth with a full-funnel approach.
  • Build audience strategies, run structured experiments, and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Partner with content and design teams to develop high-performing creative assets.
  • Analyse data deeply to identify growth levers, patterns, drop-offs, and opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and weekly / monthly growth reporting.
  • Oversee retention channels, email, SMS, WhatsApp, to improve LTV and repeat rate.
  • Optimise the website for conversions through CRO, landing pages, and performance insights.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or D2C growth.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to build, manage, and optimise large-scale ad campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data, experimentation, and problem-solving.
  • Understanding of D2C funnels, cohorts, and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo / CRM tools, and CRO is a plus.
  • Interest in fashion, consumer brands, or storytelling-led businesses is preferred.
  • Prior experience in high-growth brands is an advantage.
