Recruit casual staff in given timeline as per company planEnsure timely submission of all statutory compliances returnsPlanning of Annual BudgetEnsure monthly attendance monitoring & salary distribution of Casual Staff on time.Ensure timely resolve the issues of employees and local district administration to maintain harmonious relation.Ensure adherences to systems in the departmentEnsure the distribution of items related to employees welfare and loan timely.Ensure timely & accurate service delivery of Housekeeping , canteen, Transportation, security & Guest House as per Company Plan.Ensure compliances of IATF 16949, EnMS 50001 , Ohsas 45001, EMS 14001Ensure employee involvement in all activity and celebrationEnsure proper support during emergency evacuation activity.
