Key Responsibilities :
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various roles across departments.
Understand job descriptions, source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) , networking, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process.
Maintain a strong
candidate pipeline
for future requirements.
Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and pre-joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
