1.1. Complete process mapping of identified Lines and Zones
1.2. Execute identified Process automation projects
1.3. Execute identified productivity improvement projects
1.4. Execute identified Material Handling improvement projects
1.5. Execute identified RPA initiatives
1.5. Release digital process standards as per plan
2.1. Develop identified competency
3.2. Develop / Outsource identified expertise
