About the Role
Run core
workplace services
and
facilities operations : vendor coordination, assets, security support, and employee welfare. You ensure the work environment meets SCG standards every day.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors.
Administer GA contracts, POs, invoices, and service KPIs; drive cost-effectiveness.
Maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records.
Support HSE basics (drills, signage, ergonomics) in coordination with safety teams.
Manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges.
Assist with CSR / community events and internal activities as assigned.
Produce GA reports and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; experience in GA / facilities / services administration is a plus.
Vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
