Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Lead who will play a key role in expanding TMC’s presence by connecting with corporates and companies to promote and scale our language training solutions. The ideal candidate should :
- Have a strong network among Indian corporates with global teams and expat employees, particularly in HR and training departments.
- Have a strong network or ability to develop connections with global companies looking for language training solutions.
- Possess a proven track record of successfully closing B2B sales and identifying new business opportunities.
- Be flexible in working remotely for the first 6 months, with a potential planned relocation to Mumbai after that period.
- Collaborate effectively with a global team , particularly the founding team and training operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership :
Lead and drive TMC’s sales strategy for language training solutions across corporate clients.Proactively identify, connect, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in HR, L&D, and corporate training divisions.Leverage existing networks to close deals quickly and achieve sales targets while developing new business opportunities.Offer strategic insights and recommendations for refining TMC’s services.Team Collaboration
Work closely with the founding team, training operations team and external sales consultants to ensure alignment with TMC’s mission and objectives.Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members, fostering a high-performance sales environment and a culture of continuous improvement.Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client satisfaction, and long-term engagement.Support client management and follow-up for TMC's existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.Build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders to generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.Startup Mindset

Proven experience as a Sales Lead or in a similar role, preferably within the EdTech industry.Strong existing network in the corporate sector, particularly with HR and L&D professionals.Demonstrated success in closing high-value B2B deals and driving revenue growth.Exceptional communication , negotiation , and relationship-building skills .A self-starter with a proactive approach who can work both independently and collaboratively.Fluency in English is essential; additional foreign language proficiencies are a plus.What We Offer
