Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM / 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
Working Days : 5.5 Days (Mon–Sat, 1st & 3rd Sat half day)
Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹36,000 CTC (Based on interview performance)

Responsibilities :
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls.
✅ Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
✅ Maintain accurate call logs and follow-ups.
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction with a polite and professional approach.
