We’re Hiring : Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

kindly apply who have : - 1year proven experience in customer care field .

have excellent communication skills in English.

Location : Noida, Sector 16A

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM / 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Working Days : 5.5 Days (Mon–Sat, 1st & 3rd Sat half day)

Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹36,000 CTC (Based on interview performance)

About the Role :

We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals who can handle calls, resolve queries, and ensure a great customer experience.

If you enjoy communicating with people and solving their problems — we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities :

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls.

✅ Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

✅ Maintain accurate call logs and follow-ups.

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction with a polite and professional approach.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Good problem-solving and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
  • Graduate
