Job descriptionStrong profi ciency in ReactJS (hooks, state management, component-driven design). Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and Golang for backend development. Solid understanding of REST APIs, database systems (SQL / NoSQL), and cloud deployment (AWS). Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines. Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.). Ability to take ownership of features and deliver them independently with minimal supervision. Understanding of UX and UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles. Strong problem-solving skills, product thinking, and a user-fi rst mindset. Build products that directly impact customers and shape the business. Work with a modern tech stack and AI-augmented development workfl ows. Be part of a fast-moving, collaborative, and product-focused engineering culture.
About the Role :
We are looking for a Product Engineer - Fullstack who thrives at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You’ll be responsible for building end-to-end features from ideation to deployment that directly impact our customers. You will work across frontend, backend, and deployment, collaborating closely with product and design to ship high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with other core business teams to translate business requirements into working features.
- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for the backend.
- Own features end-to-end : from database design, API development, UI / UX implementation to deployment.
- Apply best practices in UI / UX development to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Leverage modern AI-powered coding agents / tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding practices, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to improve product and engineering workfl ows.
