Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Manage workforce planning and hiring for factory roles.

Coordinate job postings, interviews, and selection processes.

Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new employees.

2. Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.

Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys.

3. Compliance & Legal

Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Handle audits and inspections related to HR compliance.

4. Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

Support career development and succession planning.

Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

5. Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting reviews.

Address underperformance and facilitate improvement plans.

6. Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management.

Manage employee benefits and welfare schemes.

Handle salary revisions and incentive programs.

7. Health, Safety & Welfare

Collaborate with safety officers to ensure workplace safety.

Promote health and wellness initiatives.

Support mental health and employee assistance programs.

8. Industrial Relations

Liaise with labor unions and manage collective bargaining.

Handle disciplinary actions and legal proceedings.

Maintain harmonious labor-management relations.

9. HR Strategy & Reporting

Align HR initiatives with factory goals and productivity targets.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

Master's degree or relevant experience

12+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Attention to detail and good judgement
