Process Design Manager

Hiring for Process Design Engineer / Manager at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd-Oil & Gas division

Job Location : Mumbai-Thane

Experience : 7-13yrs into Oil and gas similar profile

Education :

BE / B. Tech (Mandatory)

Summary : Responsible for process design & engineering for pre bid and detail engineering projects.

Area of Responsibilities :

Preparation of PFD & HMB.

Preparation of P& IDs.

Preparation of piping line list, process Equipment list.

Development of process Equipment data sheets.

Preparation of control & operation philosophy and cause & effect diagram.

Review vendor drawings.

Interaction with vendors / Clients & DECs.

Support in preparation of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Procedures

Site visit when required.

Participation in Hazop, SIL and other safety studies

Attending FAT & SAT.

Preparation of operation & maintenance manuals.

Competencies

Knowledge of HYSYS,PROSIM,CHEMCAD,SHELL,Axens,EOP

Knowledge of Hydraulic calculations

Skills :

Proficient in MS Office, Internet
