Apparel Merchandiser

Experience : 2 to 3 years (Apparel Industry Only)

Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end product development processes, including concept ideation, design coordination, fabric sourcing, sample development, and bulk production management.
• Work closely with factories, job workers, and suppliers to ensure timely development of samples and production schedules.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with production teams to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain timeline discipline.
• Oversee garment quality across all stages sampling, fit approvals, pre-production, and final inspection, ensuring adherence to brand standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and merchandising to translate creative ideas into commercially viable products.
• Ensure effective vendor communication, negotiate sampling and bulk costs where applicable, and maintain healthy professional relationships.
