About the role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Strategic Partnerships and Grant Development Manager with a proven history of securing funds from global foundations and international donors. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in education-focused grant writing, especially in the ECCE and FLN areas. This role will be instrumental in supporting our resource mobilization efforts by creating compelling proposals, reports, and managing donor relationships to further our mission.

Scope of work :

The primary scope of work involves supporting the organization in securing "Big Bet Funding."

Key responsibilities :

• Opportunity Identification : Identify and assess at least 5 high-value grant opportunities that are strongly aligned with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
• Funding Conversion : Facilitate the conversion of at least 2 "Big Bet Funding" opportunities for the organization.
• Proposal Development : Develop compelling and high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and other fundraising materials tailored to specific donor requirements.
• Report Writing : Prepare comprehensive and impactful reports for donors, detailing project progress, outcomes, and financial utilization.
• Donor Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors, ensuring consistent communication and stewardship.
• Strategy & Scalability : Contribute to the overall resource mobilization strategy, pursuing future "big bet" grants independently, and developing tools, templates, and processes that foster institutional scalability.
