‍ About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with deep product sensibility and startup DNA to join our core team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping Simploy’s simulation engine, user experience, and AI integrations.

This role isn’t just about building features — it's about reimagining how people experience work.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale core features of Simploy’s AI simulation engine
• Design interactive, gamified user flows for candidates, recruiters, and colleges
• Integrate OpenAI APIs to enable smart simulations and teammate interactions
• Architect real-time feedback systems, dashboards, and analytics layers
• Work with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage) to manage data & infra
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to rapidly ship and iterate
• Lead decisions on tech architecture, tooling, and workflows
