Position : Sales Executive

Location : Bhopal (Work from office – full-time)

NXTHUB Consulting is a newly incorporated company (CIN U85500PN2025PTC240520) engaged in providing business consulting services across India. We are building a dynamic sales team in Bhopal to drive growth and establish our brand presence.

Role Summary :

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive who can actively prospect, engage and convert clients for our consulting services. You will work closely with the business development team and report to the Sales Manager. This is a full-time on-site position with the opportunity to earn incentives and bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients (SMEs, startups, corporate) via cold-calling, networking, and follow-ups
  • Present and pitch NXTHUB's service offerings; understand client needs and map appropriate solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline and client interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine our offering and improve our pitch

What we expect :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B) in consulting / services / IT / startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to work full-time in Bhopal office (not remote)
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence to close deals
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Fixed salary : ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
