Role & Responsibilities

✅ Accounting daily journal entries for cash / bank transactions with accuracy & TAT.

✅ Prepare Capital Calls & Distributions as per Fund Accounting deliverables.

✅ Perform

cash / bank reconciliations

regularly.

✅ Prepare

financial statements, schedule of investments & portfolio valuations

quarterly.

✅ Monitor cash flows to facilitate

capital calls & distributions .

✅ Prepare / review

monthly, quarterly, bi-annual financial statements

with documentation.

✅ Preparation / review of

partner capital statements & waterfall schedules .

✅ Handle

monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund drawdowns, distributions, accruals & expenses .

✅ Manage

partner capital activities

(calls, distributions, transfers).

✅ Prepare / review

management fee calculations, carried interest allocations

as per fund documentation.
