Job description

What You Must Have :

  • The expertise in web-based development languages; specifically, Java / .Net / Any PaaS / Any SaaS development, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with any other javascript libraries like Angular JS, and React Js is a plus.
  • Must have taken the role of leading a team of 3-5 developers.
  • Strong customer service and excellent verbal / written communication
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
  • Understand the full application lifecycle
  • Agile development / waterfall processes and methodologies implementation.
  • Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing Java while making informed recommendations to process users
  • Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
  • Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
  • Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
  • Loves using technology to solve the day to day challenges.

  • Working hand in hand with project stakeholders, delivery owners / managers, platform architects, developers, and administrators.
  • You would lead a team of similar developers.
  • You will preferably be required to work from our office in Hyderabad(We allow Hybrid work models as well).
