This program offers structured exposure to IT Service Delivery Management, Business Development Management, Account Management, and Solutions Management. Role allocation post-probation will be based on performance and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities :

• Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.
• Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
• Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and client objectives.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.
