Role Overview :
HairOriginals is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead, scale, and manage our in-house telesales organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in high-velocity sales, team leadership, performance management, and strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, conversion metrics, and customer experience.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing telesales engine that converts leads from all channels (website, home trial, experience centers, campaigns, referrals, WhatsApp).
Key Responsibilities :
1. Telesales Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the entire in-house telesales team (Team Leads + Agents).
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve monthly targets.
- Implement a strong sales culture focused on performance, discipline & ownership.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Build structured call flows, scripts, rebuttals, follow-up strategies.Improve lead-to-visit & lead-to-conversion ratios across all product categories.Set weekly & monthly sales targets for teams and individuals.Ensure strict adherence to response time SLAs and call quality standards.3. Funnel & Performance Management
Monitor and optimize :
Lead allocationCall attempts & connection rateQualification rateVisit booking rateShow rate at Experience Centres / Home TrialsConversion & revenueWork closely with marketing to improve lead quality and customer segmentation.4. Process & System Management
Implement SOPs, daily huddles, reporting systems and structured follow-up frameworks.Work with CRM / admin layer teams to improve workflows, lead routing, and dashboards.Identify operational gaps and fix leakage (missed calls, delays, non-responses).5. Training & Quality
Create continuous training programs (product knowledge, grooming, communication).Conduct call audits, quality checks, and feedback sessions.Ensure high customer satisfaction, empathy, and trust-building skills within the team.6. Reporting & Insights
Publish daily / weekly / monthly performance reports.Provide insights on lead quality, conversion blockers, and customer trends.Forecast sales volumes & manpower 10+ years of experience in telesales / inside sales, with at least 4 to 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing high-volume telesales teams.Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, and performance metrics.Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.High ownership, target-driven, and disciplined.Experience in D2C, services, consumer products, beauty, personal care, or similar fast-paced environments preferred.What We Offer :
