PIPING Designer- Cadworx-Oil and gas

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

Perform 3D Piping Design and Modeling using CADWorx 2020 or later (mandatory), exposure to Aveva E3D and Intergraph S3D is an added advantage.

Must have an exposure in CADWorx Admin

Location : Work From Home

Prepare and deliver :

Plot Plans, Equipment Layouts, Piping GAs, Isometrics, MTOs, and BOMs.

Review and interpret P&IDs to develop accurate piping layouts.

Ensure compliance with ASME, ANSI, API, and client-specific standards .

Handle brownfield tie-ins, modular skids, revamps, and greenfield projects .

Review / check design deliverables from other designers.

Client Coordination :

Attend review meetings with global clients.

Discuss project requirements, resolve technical issues, and align deliverables.

Provide technical presentations and clear design clarifications.

Project Support :

Participate in man-hour estimation, design deliverable planning, and project scheduling .

Collaborate with Process, Mechanical, Civil / Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.

Required Skills & Experience

15–20 years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Process Plant industries .

Mandatory hands-on expertise in CADWorx (2020 or later)& CADWorx Admin .

Must have an Onshore Oil & Gas Experience

Working experience / exposure to Aveva E3D and Intergraph Smart 3D (S3D) is preferred .

Strong knowledge of :

Plant layout design and piping engineering best practices.

Equipment modeling, nozzle orientation, piping supports, and stress considerations.

Modular process skid design, brownfield modifications, and revamp projects.

Experience in direct client-facing roles , with strong communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work independently in remote environments while delivering quality results.
