In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing tax advisory engagements, delivering tax opinions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will also be expected to supervise and manage delivery of tax services, including preparation of tax returns, withholding tax statements, and advance tax provisions.

You will be part of a global business tax team that provides tax advice and support to clients across various industries. Our team works closely with clients to understand their tax needs and provides tailored solutions to meet those needs.

• Supervise and manage all tax advisory engagements.
• Deliver tax opinions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare tax returns, withholding tax statements, and advance tax provisions.
• Manage and supervise delivery of tax services.
• Train and develop other professionals within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and conceptual clarity. You will also need effective communication and presentation skills, time and cost management skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in direct taxation, preferably from a Big 4 firm. They will also have a strong track record of delivering high-quality tax advice and support to clients.

This role involves frequent travel to client locations, and therefore, a valid passport is required. The location for this role is Mumbai, India.
