Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a MongoDB Developer. The MongoDB Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing MongoDB databases, writing database scripts, and working closely with our development team to implement database solutions. Daily tasks include managing and tuning database performance, ensuring data security and integrity, and troubleshooting complex database issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide database solutions is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB and database design
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization
• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Understanding of data security and integrity protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with other NoSQL databases is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
