Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React)

Location : Goa

Experience : 3+ Years

Work Mode : Hybrid / WFH flexibility

Developer skilled in Node.js and React to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js with frameworks like Express or NestJS
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MariaDB / MySQL)
  • Exposure to MongoDB (bonus)
  • Minimum 3 years of React.js, strong understanding of React Hooks
  • Experience with React Native (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Proficient with Git and version control workflows
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
  • Independently manage deployments & CI / CD pipelines
  • Own end-to-end delivery of major modules / features
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members
  • Mentor junior developers where needed
  • Identify risks / blockers early and propose solutions
  • Suggest improvements in architecture and code quality
  • Ensure production-ready, scalable, and clean code
