Digital Media Planning - Associate Group Head

Position Summary
You’ll need to have a thorough knowledge of the media marketplace, opportunities available and build constructive relationships with key media owners where relevant using an innovative approach : in use of media, exploration of new forms of communication, research, presentation techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Deeply understand client businesses and proactively offer strategic media solutions aligned with their growth goals
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, performance, and value delivery
- Translate business challenges into innovative and actionable media plans
Business Growth & Innovation
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the agency’s scope with existing clientsDevelop and present new media-led proposals that add value and strengthen client partnershipsCollaborate with the leadership team on pitches and business development initiativesContribute actively to revenue growth and agency profitabilityMedia Strategy & Planning
Lead development and implementation of integrated media strategies tailored to client objectivesEnsure optimal budget deployment across digital platforms, with a strong focus on branding, performance and efficiencyStay current with evolving media trends, tools, and innovations to guide campaign planning and ideationDrive real-time campaign optimizations, balancing performance and creativityCampaign Excellence
Oversee execution of end-to-end media planning and buying deliverablesEnsure quality and consistency across strategic recommendations, media plans, performance reviews, and post-campaign analysesGuide teams through milestone presentations and high-impact campaignsPartner closely with analytics, strategy, and creative leads for integrated campaign successLeadership & Team Development
