Key Responsibilities : - Develop and deliver effective training programs on oncology prior authorization processes, payer requirements, and compliance standards.- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.- Assess skill gaps within the team and design tailored training modules to address them.- Prepare training materials, SOPs, case studies, and knowledge assessments.- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and audits.- Stay updated on oncology treatment protocols, payer policies, and prior authorization trends to ensure training relevance.- Collaborate with team leads, managers, and quality teams to align training objectives with business needs.- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for oncology prior authorization queries.Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related qualification.- 3–6 years of experience in Prior Authorization, with a strong focus on oncology cases.- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops within healthcare / RCM operations.- In-depth knowledge of oncology drugs, regimens, payer guidelines, and authorization workflows.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to design engaging training modules.- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with healthcare / RCM software systems.
